Drafting Legal Documents
and Document Review

Not only do I have a passion for drafting, I also love the legwork of drafting materials. You can now spend more time working with your clients on settling their matters while I work behind the scenes and draft materials that are ready for you to use. Furthermore, if you want to summarize large amounts of information into easy-to-read formats, or someone to go through the numerous documentation that your client has provided, I can accomplish this with ease and professionalism.

Requirements

1) The factual background of the case at hand, relevant to the issue(s).

2) A summary of the issue(s) or topic(s) that needs to be reviewed.

3) The format of the review (memorandum, table, chart).

4) The turnaround time to complete the review.

5) Budget and maximum time for the review (i.e., 2 hours to review 100 documents).

Ghostwriting

I enjoy everything law, including writing about it. Blogs, such as this one here, are a great way to spread information to a vast number of people interested in the same topics. It also helps keep your content new, demonstrates that you are keeping up with the law, and have a good understanding of the changes in your field- all which will help you gain more clientele.

Requirements

1) The format of the required material (i.e. blog, report), along with length (word count, page limit)

2) The turnaround time to complete it.

3) Budget and maximum time for completion.
